Ningxia Jinyuyuan Senke Resin Co., Ltd. Ningxia Jinyuyuan Senke Resin Co., Ltd. is the production factory of the leading industry of Ningxia Jinyuyuan Chemical Group Co., Ltd. It occupies an area of about 700,000 sq.m, with total assets of RMB 400 million and 1200 employees, including 160 professional technologists. Its has over ten types of products including polyvinyl chloride (PVC), liquid alkali, flaky alkali, granular alkali, liquid chlorine, hydrochloric acid, dissolved acetylene, nitrogen, oxygen, etc. The leading products are: sodium hydroxide and PVC resin, the capability of which are respectively 120,000 t/y and 160,000t/y. The products are sold quite well in over 20 provinces or regions in the country. "Qinghua brand" was awarded as "Famous and Excellent Brand of Autonomous Region". The company has become an important chlor-alkali base in northwest of China, and has been listed as one of the top 100 petrochemical enterprises in China.

The real root of the continuous development of Ningxia Jinyuyuan Senke Resin Co., Ltd. is the strategy of "low-cost expansion, transnormal development". When establishing the company, the design capability of main products is: sodium hydroxide 10,000 t/y, PVC resin 12,000 t/y. In 1996, after learned from Hansteel Group and Yaxing Chemical, it promoted "three complete management" and executed technological transformation, so the production scale was added to sodium hydroxide 15,000 t/y and PVC resin 20,000 t/y. Its production operations began to be in going order.

In August 2008, the production apparatus of Shanghai Tianyuan Chemical Factory with annual capability of sodium hydroxide 50,000t and PVC resin 50,000t was moved to the original Qingtongxia Resin factory. After over 10 months' hard work by the whole staff, we completed the installation and debugging of "double 50,000t" products on ourselves, and put them into production at one go. Therefore, the annual capability of sodium hydroxide and PVC resin respectively increased to 80,000t and 100,000t, the production cost of them were greatly reduced, and the main consumption indicators got to the best level among the same trade in the company.

The third establishment of Senke Resin Co., Ltd. was started from September of 2004. On the promise of ensuring the stability and safety of current production apparatus, the whole staff of the company overcame all the difficulties and completed the project construction as a miracle. On June 12 th 2005, the trial operation was successful at one go. Till then, the capability of the main products sodium hydroxide and PVC resin has got to 120,000 t/y and 160,000 t/y, the company scale has rapidly enlarged, the managerial and technological level has greatly promoted, and the overall strength of the company has apparently heightened. All the economical, social and environmental protection benefit of the company are remarkable.
